Ewa STELMASIAK

Ewa STELMASIAK, MS, MSc is an expert in personal and organizational well-being, specializing in well-being leadership and culture.
Book author of “Leading for wellbeing. How to create supportive work cultures in a hybrid world” (available in English this fall), co-author of two other books “Organizational Well-being – What? How? Why?” and “Challenges of the XXI century. Healthcare and medical education”. Founder of The Wellness Institute of Poland (est. 2012).
She is a consultant and trainer for companies including many multinational brands. Her services encompass the co-creation of well-being strategies, leadership training and inspirational talks. She works in Polish, English and French.
Ewa graduated from universities in Poland and in the United States. She gained certifications in worksite well-being management (National Wellness Institute) and wellness coaching. Ewa serves on the advisory board of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion (IAWHP).
She has been an invited speaker at many international conferences and lectured in Warsaw, New York City, Minneapolis, Athens and Budapest, including at the Business Insider Global Trends Festival and the World Congress on Controversies in Neurology.
Ewa has 13 years of experience in employee satisfaction, communication and employer branding in a multinational corporation. Her work has been featured in numerous business, medical and lifestyle media, including national radio and television.
